Book Your Asymptomatic Rapid COVID Test in Calgary and the surrounding area:

Book your asymptomatic rapid COVID-19 test online by providing us with your details and preferred appointment dates. We facilitate COVID testing between 9 am -7 pm Monday- Thursday. We offer mobile at-home COVID testing, or testing in Altadore, SW, Calgary. We will contact you regarding your appointment and confirm a time, date, and testing address with you via email. Please note that currently, we are not offering individual PCR testing. We only offer corporate and industry PCR testing.

Your Personal Information

Aspen Care Ltd. must collect some personal information in order to administer a private COVID test. We will need to collect your contact information including a full legal name, address, email, and phone number in order to reach you. We will also require additional information including your health number, date of birth, and other information so we can process your results and provide you with a COVID test certificate. Aspen Care Ltd. respects your right to privacy and we will not upload, market, or share your information with any third party. We will NOT share your personal information unless it is required by law or as needed by the medical lab. In the event of a positive COVID result, Aspen Care Ltd. is obligated to share your information with Provincial Health Services (i.e. Alberta Health Services or BC Health Services) and you must follow the COVID-19 protocols.
