Aspen Care was founded in 2009 and is registered to do business in BC and Alberta. Since the beginning, they continue to help clients live with dignity and remain as safe, comfortable, and independent for as long as possible. Aspen Care Ltd. offers nursing services and operates as a mobile PCR and rapid testing company that provides screening against COVID-19 on asymptomatic people using health Canada-approved Point of Care rapid testing devices and PCR that have been validated for use on asymptomatic people. Aspen Care provides tailored personalized care wherever clients live or work– in their homes, retirement communities, or care facilities. Aspen Care is proud to make a positive difference and improve the quality of life for every client.

I've had a lifelong passion for helping others through their health care crisis which led me to create Aspen Care. As a native Calgarian, I've served the community for over 30 years and have developed a vast understanding of the local healthcare system.
I founded Aspen Care after going through a personal experience with my brother. He passed away in his 40s from an incurable brain tumor. He died in my arms, in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family. I’ve walked in your shoes, and through this personal experience, I understand these kinds of critical situations on an emotional level.
My training includes working at Chinook Hospice, Chinook Dementia Unit, and at the Foothills Hospital on unit 47, Palliative Care. Working as both a Health Care Aide, and a Licensed Practical Nurse, I have developed the medical, technical, administrative, and emotional understanding of critical situations. My goal and the goal of my staff is to give each client we have the opportunity to care for, love, respect, and quality of life. My team is able to love our clients unconditionally and support our families during critical and emotional times.

From giving them support with activities for daily living to holding their hand while they take their last breath; the Aspen Care Staff go far beyond the standards of industry accepted home care.
